Over the years, Nick Jonas had its own line of shoes, clothes, perfumes and tequila. His wife, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, has a hair care line, a restaurant and a home goods line. But now the new parents are working together on their latest adventure: high-end sportswear.
Nick and Priyanka are now investors in Perfect Moment, a luxury fashion and sportswear brand, the company announced on Wednesday. This is the first time the two have done business together in the fashion industry. Nick and Priyanka, who love “skiing and the outdoors”, have apparently “worn the brand for years” and are “loyal fans”.
The couple are expected to “play an important role” in expanding the brand into new markets in Asia and the Middle East, and continue to grow it in its biggest markets, including the UK and the US.
Nick said in a statement: “Perfect Moment shows how style and performance go hand in hand. It’s my top pick and in our role we believe other ski and snowboard enthusiasts around the world will appreciate the fashion and function of this brand.
Priyanka adds, “Not having to choose between looking amazing and performing at their highest level is a consumer need that Perfect Moment not only understands, but is also embedded in the ethos of this brand. I’m proud to be a strategic investor and advisor to such a bold and forward-thinking company. We look forward to a bright future.
The co-founder and creative director of Perfect Moment hailed Nick and Priyanka as a “fun, diverse and business-savvy couple” who are “admired around the world not just for their talent, but for their passion for life and their impeccable taste”.
It is not yet known exactly how the couple’s involvement in the brand will manifest itself.
