Jessica Simpson recently fought back, fighting hard for buy out his billion dollar fashion label. Now, the mogul is bringing the same confidence to her new Spring 2022 campaign for her eponymous label — and it looks like a billion dollars!

The singer and fashion designer, 41, and her mother, Tinarecently caught up with PEOPLE to discuss their latest collection, which they call “flirty, retro and versatile.”

“My personal style goes through a variation of comfort zones,” Jessica tells PEOPLE of her ever-evolving style. “With this new collection, I wanted to share the vibrant, wild and free spirit of spring.”

“For the past few years, we’ve shot all the campaign ads at my house in Hidden Hills, which was perfect because I’d get the styling expertise of Maxwell, the hugs from Birdie, ‘You’re pretty Ace’s mom, Eric’s screams, and lots of encouragement,” she explains.

“With the new JSC spring campaign, we decided to go on vacation 30 miles to Venice Beach,” she continues, adding that she always listens to classic rock on set – Icky Thump when she’s on camera, to be exact.
